Having worked as a law clerk in the legal industry for over 30 years, Nadine has been an integral part of the litigation practice of boutique law, with a range of experience preparing commercial litigation documents, conducting legal research, preparing transcript summaries and mentoring and training other law clerks and support staff.
As a member of the ellwood Evidence team, Nadine, a certified e-discovery specialist, brings insights from her law clerk and law firm days and provides skilled litigation support to our clients with expertise in drafting pleadings, word processing, data entry and object document analysis, for the purpose of creating schedules and briefs. Her superior technical knowledge and critical thinking skills are a great compliment to the eDiscovery department and make Nadine a valued member of the ellwood Team.
Nadine continually strives to increase her knowledge in the legal field and enhance her skills and ability to serve clients. Her experience with technology is vast and ranges from experience with litigation support tools to programs that support law firms as a whole (these include Reveal, Ipro eDiscovery solutions, Summation, Dragon Dictation, Amicus, ACL - Korbitec, Teranet, Cyberbahn and PCLaw).
